  I'm writing this review on behalf of my husband, We live in Hollister and often stop for gas and whatever else at this location, you could almost consider us "regulars". Well on December 20th we had bought $44.48 worth of gas and other items and he was the one inside paying with his card while i sat out in our car with our son. Long story short he accidentally pressed credit instead of debit and informed the cashier to cancel it because he had a debit card, well supposedly it was fixed and he proceeded with the transaction for debit, well after we had left the next day on our bank statement (we use apps on our phone for banking) we seen it processed twice....TWICE!!!! so he called up there and they directed him to call KUM N GO credit and billing, so he did and they told him "it should be there 1-2 business days" ok well 2 days later and still nothing....he called again and again no answers... then comes christmas everything is closed.... and now today FINALLY got a hold of MARK in credit and billing and more or less was informed that they really can't offer much and to basically call our bank... GRR!! ok well we just did and they seen it on our account and told us it should be back by the 28th, SO HELP ME IF IT DOESN'T SHOW UP I WILL CALL THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU! I'm outraged by the lack of service and care over this situation and i hope anyone who reads this will now double check when they pay with their cards now at this location, because here we are on day 6 with no $44 and waiting another 2 days just to see if its fixed....

  What do you need during a day of Christmas shopping? A HOT DOG!!! We can always get a great hot dog with all the fixings! Kum & Go usually has a good combo price as well! Great place to grab a bite to eat while your out and about!!
